About the role
- Support strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Rakuten, Naver, and other marketplace platforms in Japan and Korea.
- Manage and direct agency partners to ensure alignment with performance goals and brand strategy.
- Implement self-service ad campaigns on marketplace platforms such as TikTok Shop Ads.
- Own full-funnel Amazon Advertising, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP.
- Monitor campaign performance, conduct deep-dive analyses, and implement robust A/B testing strategies.
- Allocate and manage paid media budgets to meet both short- and long-term revenue goals.
- Develop and present clear, actionable reports on campaign performance and testing outcomes to inform strategic decisions.
- Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and continually enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., GTM, sales, planning) to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, serving as the in-house subject matter expert for marketplace paid media.
Requirements
- BS or BA in business, merchandising, marketing, or related field – or equivalent years of relevant and related experience
- 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing required with hands-on experience in paid search and product feed marketing
- Experience within Amazon Ads, Naver, TikTok Shop, or other marketplace platforms is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of the fundamentals of retail eCommerce, especially pertaining to interactive marketing functions (affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, paid social, SEO, etc.)
- Highly Passionate about performance marketing and possesses the ability to manage the business by the numbers
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong partnerships and lead change across an organization
