About the role
- Collaborates closely with HR teams to support people and culture initiatives
- Handles employee relations cases and facilitates a culture of learning
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance and support
- Partners with the legal department as required
- Provides input and administrative support for organizational design
Requirements
- +3 years of experience in HR within a European context
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management; Master’s is a plus
- Proven track record in international HR settings
- Understanding of compensation practices, employee relations, and performance management
- Fluent in business English; other European languages are a plus
- Proficient in HRIS systems (SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office (PowerBI & SharePoint)
