About the role
- Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M service model
- Champion a positive team culture by sharing feedback
- Assist in all store departments, including POS management and customer service
- Lead by example on the sales floor and achieve team sales goals
- Manage day-to-day team activities and ensure high service standards
- Serve as a brand ambassador and share knowledge about products
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in store leadership roles
- Flexibility in work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays, extended hours)
- Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to move merchandise appropriately
- Ability to place and arrange items on shelves and racks
- Ability to climb ladders while carrying merchandise
- Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel for a minimum of 8 hours per shift
