About the role
- Establish and direct the commercial vision for Cristcot’s HCA Division.
- Build the commercial organization’s capabilities from the ground up.
- Oversee payer strategy, pricing, contracting, and reimbursement.
- Manage and optimize the commercial budget.
- Foster a culture of agility and accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, PharmD, MD, or related advanced degree preferred.
- 20+ years of commercial leadership experience in pharmaceutical/biotech, including launch experience.
- Successful track record building commercial organizations from early/launch stage to scale.
- Direct experience overseeing commercial functions (marketing, sales, market access, commercial ops) with responsibility for P&L.
- Strong understanding of specialty markets, reimbursement dynamics, and go-to-market strategies in launch environments.
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and ability to influence at all levels.
