About the role
- Research, prospect, and qualify new leads through outbound calling, emailing, and onsite visits.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Run discovery and demo calls with prospects you have generated.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Convert qualified opportunities into closed deals.
- Manage your own customer portfolio after onboarding.
- Ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and ongoing usage of the platform.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to drive retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
- Log all activities accurately in the CRM.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience (including cold calling)
- B2B and SaaS experience A MUST
- Experience selling in the European market
- Fluent in English and at least one of the following: Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese
- Strong data handling and CRM discipline (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills
