About the role

  • Research, prospect, and qualify new leads through outbound calling, emailing, and onsite visits.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Run discovery and demo calls with prospects you have generated.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Convert qualified opportunities into closed deals.
  • Manage your own customer portfolio after onboarding.
  • Ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and ongoing usage of the platform.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to drive retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
  • Log all activities accurately in the CRM.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience (including cold calling)
  • B2B and SaaS experience A MUST
  • Experience selling in the European market
  • Fluent in English and at least one of the following: Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese
  • Strong data handling and CRM discipline (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills
