Role supports administration and optimization of Salesforce and business applications, shadowing Product Managers and Enterprise Applications Engineering; tasks include requirements gathering, process discovery, configuration, user and permission management, data management, QA/testing, documentation, change management, end-user training, collaboration across IT, and learning/implementing agentic AI solutions.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience with Salesforce administration, including a foundational understanding of Sales Cloud and common GTM applications; some experience with QA/UAT, managing users and permissions, supporting business systems; strong desire to grow as business analyst, systems administrator, and agentic AI practitioner; demonstrated curiosity and creativity; familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets; ability to handle routine problems independently; interest in building productive relationships; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
