About the role
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise-level clients across the US and LATAM.
- Understand each client’s business objectives and align program strategies accordingly.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and strategic guidance.
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Oversee the execution of ongoing agricultural and beekeeping initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate closely with operations, technology, and commercial teams to ensure seamless implementation.
- Monitor project milestones and performance metrics.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients regarding progress and outcomes.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing portfolio.
- Proactively explore new service opportunities within current accounts.
- Support the identification and pursuit of potential new partnerships within the region.
- Contribute to strategic account planning and revenue growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Communications, Agriculture, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management and project management, ideally within agriculture, sustainability, environmental services, or related industries.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities within accounts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage enterprise-level relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and project oversight.
- Understanding of regenerative agriculture, sustainability initiatives, or beekeeping practices is a plus.
- Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
