About the role
- Act as technical point of contact embedded close to customers in South Korea
- Lead implementation, architect solutions, run pilots, and ensure customers achieve production goals using CrewAI
- Meet with customers to understand architecture, use cases, data workflows, and infra setup
- Design and lead POCs/pilots; oversee deployment and ensure success metrics
- Build custom integrations with APIs, data sources, and observability tools
- Ensure deployments meet SLAs, uptime, scalability, and security requirements
- Develop reusable reference architectures, templates, and blueprints
- Provide technical training to customer engineering teams
- Be responsive across time zones and travel as needed for key engagements
Requirements
- 5–8 years in software engineering or solutions architecture
- Deep technical expertise in cloud infra, deployments, APIs, observability
- Strong customer‑facing skills with enterprise accounts
- Experience in Korea, knowledge of local enterprise cycles, regulations, and cultures
- Hands‑on, action‑oriented problem solver
- Nice to have: agentic AI/LLMs experience; DevOps/SRE familiarity
- Speaks Korean and English
