Security Engineer

• Collect and maintain compliance evidence in our GRC tooling, keeping controls current and audit-ready
• Identify and flag control gaps before they surface as audit findings
• Support evidence requests across active compliance programmes and assist with auditor liaison as needed
• Maintain accurate, current entries in the risk register
• Management and upkeep of our GRC platform
• Create and maintain our Security policies
• Assist with building out platform security processes
• Triage vulnerability findings from our internal tooling
• Create and track remediation tickets in Linear
• Follow up with engineering to drive findings to closure
• Complete Security questionnaires from potential customers
• Monitor and triage alerts from our SIEM; escalate genuine incidents with context and a recommended action, not just raw alerts
• Tune detection rules to reduce noise and improve signal quality
• Support incident response activities as they arise
• Implement Security controls
• Support access reviews and identity governance hygiene
• Contribute to security documentation — policies, runbooks, and playbook updates
• Pick up ad hoc security programme tasks as directed by the Head of Platform Security

Sales Development Rep

• Prospect, research, and engage with developer, data, and IT leaders across key industries
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives
• Run creative multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, calls, social, events)
• Understand CrewAI’s platform, customer use cases, and value drivers to position effectively
• Partner with Marketing on event follow-up, campaigns, and lead conversion
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and track key metrics

Sales Development Representative

Developer Relations

• Create technical content including blog posts, tutorials, demos, and videos that showcase CrewAI’s capabilities
• Speak at conferences, webinars, and community events to represent CrewAI and educate the ecosystem
• Engage with developers across platforms (GitHub, Discord, Twitter, forums) to support, inspire, and grow the community
• Work closely with product and engineering to surface developer feedback and inform roadmap decisions
• Build sample projects, integrations, and tools to help developers get started quickly with CrewAI
• Partner with marketing and GTM teams on awareness campaigns and launch support
• Help scale CrewAI’s open-source presence through collaboration with contributors and ecosystem partners
