Engineer

• Act as technical point of contact embedded close to customers in South Korea
• Lead implementation, architect solutions, run pilots, and ensure customers achieve production goals using CrewAI
• Meet with customers to understand architecture, use cases, data workflows, and infra setup
• Design and lead POCs/pilots; oversee deployment and ensure success metrics
• Build custom integrations with APIs, data sources, and observability tools
• Ensure deployments meet SLAs, uptime, scalability, and security requirements
• Develop reusable reference architectures, templates, and blueprints
• Provide technical training to customer engineering teams
• Be responsive across time zones and travel as needed for key engagements
