About the role
- Create technical content including blog posts, tutorials, demos, and videos that showcase CrewAI’s capabilities
- Speak at conferences, webinars, and community events to represent CrewAI and educate the ecosystem
- Engage with developers across platforms (GitHub, Discord, Twitter, forums) to support, inspire, and grow the community
- Work closely with product and engineering to surface developer feedback and inform roadmap decisions
- Build sample projects, integrations, and tools to help developers get started quickly with CrewAI
- Partner with marketing and GTM teams on awareness campaigns and launch support
- Help scale CrewAI’s open-source presence through collaboration with contributors and ecosystem partners
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development, developer advocacy, or technical community engagement
- Strong coding skills in Python and familiarity with LLMs, AI frameworks, or agent tools
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts through content, talks, or workshops
- Active presence in developer communities and experience engaging open-source audiences
- Self-starter with a passion for teaching, storytelling, and community building
- Experience contributing to or managing open-source projects is a plus
