About the role
- Develop and own a comprehensive, year-round marketing calendar that integrates industry events, recruitment activities, service launches, and content publishing.
- Partner with senior leadership to present, align, and gain approvals on marketing strategies, campaigns, and content for all initiatives.
- Align all marketing activities with firm priorities, client needs, and growth objectives.
- Continually refine and improve internal marketing processes to enhance team efficiency, effectiveness, and ability to meet targets.
- Oversee creation and publication of high-quality content, including blogs, white papers, case studies, and website updates.
- Manage and grow the firm’s LinkedIn presence through content planning, community management, and performance tracking.
- Ensure the website reflects up-to-date services, events, and thought leadership content.
- Plan and coordinate firm participation in industry and recruitment events.
- Oversee campaigns to promote events, services, and thought leadership across channels.
- Manage relationships with vendors/agencies for paid search, creative content, website development, and print materials.
- Monitor budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Provide monthly reports to key stakeholders on all marketing initiatives, including engagement, lead generation, and LinkedIn growth.
- Analyze campaign performance to optimize future initiatives.
- Manage and mentor a junior marketing team member to support day-to-day coordination and execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA or advanced certification a plus.
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in professional services or B2B.
- Proven experience developing and managing integrated marketing plans and calendars.
- Strong digital marketing skills, including content creation, social media management, and analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence senior leadership.
- Excellent vendor management, budgeting, and project management abilities.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
