About the role

  • Lead and execute Cresta’s global Talent Acquisition strategy in partnership with People and business leadership to support rapid growth across regions and functions.
  • Partner closely with executives and senior leaders to shape hiring strategy, priorities, and workforce planning.
  • Build, scale, and lead a high-performing internal Talent Acquisition team, defining the right mix of in-house recruiters and external partners to support rapid growth, burst hiring needs, and global expansion.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop TA leaders and recruiters, setting clear expectations for performance, capability growth, and impact.
  • Strategically select, manage, and optimize external recruiting partners (RPOs, agencies) to complement internal teams and ensure consistent quality and outcomes.
  • Support and lead senior and executive recruiting efforts in partnership with People leadership, as needed.
  • Design, track, and continuously refine TA metrics to drive hiring efficiency, quality, predictability, and scale.
  • Own recruiting operations and outcomes, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, hiring velocity, and operational excellence.
  • Champion an exceptional, inclusive, and consistent candidate experience across all roles, regions, and stages of growth.
  • Embed equitable, inclusive, and bias-aware hiring practices into all recruiting processes and programs.
  • Lead and scale employer brand and talent marketing programs across social, events, and community engagement in partnership with Marketing and People teams.
  • Refine and scale Cresta’s campus and early career strategy, partnering with recruiters to build internship and new graduate pipelines globally.
  • Lead the strategy for Cresta’s Talent Acquisition technology ecosystem, including Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Juicebox, CoderPad, and related tools, while identifying opportunities for future improvements and optimization.
  • Partner closely with the Head of People on broader talent, workforce planning, and people initiatives.
  • Build a high-trust, high-accountability recruiting culture grounded in mentorship, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including senior leadership roles in high-growth technology companies.
  • Proven ability to scale recruiting organizations in fast-paced, global environments.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, challenge, and partner with senior leaders.
  • Deep expertise in recruiting operations, metrics, and TA technology.
  • Experience leading executive-level and critical senior hires.
  • Demonstrated success in building employer brands and early-career programs.
  • Passion for developing people, building durable teams, and delivering results.
  • Bring a builder mindset, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution to move work forward in a high-growth environment.
