About the role
- Plan and execute strategies for functional, regression, integration and exploratory testing in critical systems.
- Define and validate testing strategies aligned with risk, compliance and IT governance policies.
- Create and review complex test scenarios and test cases, ensuring traceability and data integrity.
- Provide technical leadership in the quality process, supporting agile teams, developers and business analysts.
- Develop and maintain test automation, and perform performance and security testing.
- Produce analytical reports and quality indicators.
- Ensure adherence to internal and external standards, strengthening controls and risk governance.
- Act as a technical reference for software quality.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in testing (functional, regression, integration, exploratory) and automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Postman, JMeter).
- Knowledge of ITIL and COBIT processes and frameworks (ISO 25010).
- Proven experience in Scrum/Kanban and skills in data analysis (logs, data integrity) to support incident management.
- Analytical ability to assess technical and business impacts, identify dependencies and act proactively to mitigate failures.
- Proactive decision-making, assertive communication (technical/business bridge) and team guidance.
- Commitment to results, security and compliance, delivering quality when priorities change.
- Understanding of regulations (Bacen, COAF, CMN 4893/2021), Basel III, LGPD and risk management best practices (a plus).
- Familiarity with credit, collections, liquidity risk and AML processes, with a focus on validating critical rules (a plus).
