About the role
- Test APIs, back-end services and front-end features.
- Execute end-to-end manual and automated tests.
- Ensure delivered products meet the highest quality standards and user expectations.
- Plan, execute and document manual and automated tests (web and mobile).
- Validate the operation of APIs and microservices developed in Node.js.
- Ensure the quality of systems hosted on GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
- Test integrations and flows related to HubSpot and other platform services.
- Report and track bugs using ClickUp.
- Work in partnership with developers and other technical teams to identify, reproduce and fix issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in QA processes and tools.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience testing web and mobile applications.
- Solid knowledge of manual testing and black-box testing techniques.
- Strong understanding of manual testing principles and experience testing responsive web applications across multiple devices and screen sizes.
- Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) for validating backend services.
- Experience with cloud-based systems and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools.
