About the role
- Own and become familiar with Crescimentum’s content and program dynamics;
- Gather monthly departmental performance indicators;
- Responsible for the onboarding process for new Partner Consultants;
- Manage the contract termination process for Partner Consultants;
- Ensure the Partner Consultants team is aligned with Grupo Cegos policies and internal procedures;
- Monitor the consultant training calendar, both online and in-person;
- Support the allocation of facilitators;
- Define agendas and coordinate communications and announcements;
- Manage communications activities for the Partner Consultants group;
- Create and maintain the list of Crescimentum’s partner consultants;
- Support the preparation of presentations, surveys, forms, and spreadsheets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (completed);
- Strong communication skills and proactivity;
- Organized and detail-oriented;
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Culture of continuous growth, rich in knowledge sharing and learning;
- CLT employment contract (Brazilian labor regime);
