• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote new and existing products, continuously measuring and optimizing for scale.
• Refine pricing and packaging strategies based on market insights and customer needs.
• Craft compelling content for all stages of the customer journey—including sales decks, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and one-pagers.
• Create sales collateral and enablement tools to equip the sales team with clear, persuasive messaging.
• Translate complex AI governance concepts into clear, compelling value propositions for different audiences.
• Manage end-to-end product launches, ensuring alignment across product, marketing, and revenue teams.

• Building & delivering customized AI Governance training sessions and workshops to a broad audience, from technical teams to c-level executives. You will be expected to roll-up your sleeves to engage in the full-lifecycle of content creation through delivery.
• Supporting customers in defining their AI governance roadmap and workflow(s) using guidance based on industry best practices and standard AI governance frameworks.
• Managing customer engagements including gathering requirements, identifying milestones, managing project timelines, and iterating based on customer feedback.
• Defining future programs and initiatives that Credo AI can develop to best support customers in their AI Governance journey amidst the rapidly evolving landscape.

• Define and execute the integration strategy: public SDK, MCP server/gateway, and major ecosystem integrations
• Drive evidence automation—shift from manual uploads to API-driven collection, targeting 50% of evidence captured automatically
• Own the developer experience end-to-end: SDK design, API documentation, developer portal, integration guides
• Ensure we can address the majority of customer integration requests—whether through direct builds, SDK enablement, or partner solutions
• Manage strategic partnerships with ecosystem players, from scoping to launch to ongoing maintenance
• Partner with Engineering to prioritize integration builds, with Customer Success to understand pain points, and with Sales to support technical conversations
