About the role
- Show Up Where (and How) Our Customers Are: Own the brand-led content strategy, core brand channels (podcast, blog, and social), and our emerging creator community to drive organic discovery, consideration, and influence across the customer journey.
- Experiment and Evolve: Pilot new formats, mediums, and distribution approaches, and build playbooks that turn successful experiments into repeatable, scalable motions.
- Turn Content Into a Growth Engine: Build a content engine that connects brand storytelling to business outcomes, improves GEO and LLM visibility, and supports demand generation by influencing the pipeline.
- Scale Content Through Optimization and Reuse: Build systems that prioritize content reuse and leverage, unlocking the full value of existing content libraries — including years of podcast episodes, research reports, and long-form content — and ensuring optimal distribution of both existing and new content.
- Lead Creative Strategy for Major Moments: Own creative strategy and content planning for flagship campaigns, reports, events, and industry activations, ensuring high creative quality and brand distinction.
- Own and Socialize Brand Standards: Own voice, tone, brand guidelines, and content and creative review processes to ensure on-brand excellence and consistency at scale across teams and partners.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally and with Leadership: Partner closely with senior leaders to tell CreatorIQ’s most important stories, with customers and partners to develop co-marketing content, and align with Demand, Product Marketing, Communications, Sales, and Field Marketing to ensure narratives drive meaningful engagement and business impact.
- Lead and Develop the Team: Build and lead a multidisciplinary content and creative function, mentoring and empowering team members to grow and deliver their most creative and high-impact work, and enabling agency and contractor partners to deliver for the business.
