About the role
- Provide strategic leadership to the engineering organization, fostering innovation, accountability, and a high-performance culture
- Oversee Manufacturing, Test, and Process Engineering operations to ensure quality, compliance, and operational efficiency
- Lead project deployments and New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives, including DFx strategies to optimize manufacturability, cost, and quality
- Drive continuous improvement across processes, supplier relationships, and business performance
- Ensure regulatory and customer compliance (RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals, ISO, ITAR, etc.)
- Collaborate with regional and global engineering teams to align site initiatives with broader strategic objectives
- Support key customer accounts through technical expertise and executive-level engagement
- Develop and manage budgets, capital expenditures, and workforce planning aligned with site and corporate goals
- Mentor and develop engineering leaders, supporting talent acquisition, succession planning, and performance management
- Serve as a culture ambassador, modeling Creation’s values and commitment to operational excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electronics, Manufacturing, or related discipline) or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, including 5+ years in engineering leadership
- EMS experience strongly preferred; Aerospace, Defense, and/or Medical manufacturing experience required for applicable sites
- Advanced subject matter expertise in at least one engineering discipline (Test, Process, or Manufacturing) with strong cross-functional knowledge
- Strong working knowledge of ISO9001, ISO13485, ITAR, CGP, IPC, J-STD, and environmental standards
- Proven ability to build, mentor, and retain high-performing teams
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence executives, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders
- U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual under the Immigration and Naturalization Act (as required for applicable sites)
