About the role

  • Drive operational excellence and lead large-scale production strategies
  • Oversee capacity planning, production strategy, and resource optimization
  • Build and inspire high-performing teams aligned to Lean Scorecard targets
  • Champion on-time delivery performance through lean tools and enable technologies
  • Partner with General Manager to establish and manage annual manufacturing budget
  • Coach and develop team members while reinforcing Creation’s Core Values
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support joint initiatives across the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience in electronics product manufacturing
  • Proven ability to develop and manage comprehensive production capacity plans
  • Strong understanding of electronic assembly and test practices
  • Demonstrated experience in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and quality systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High integrity and professional standards
  • Entrepreneurial, innovative, and adaptable leader with strong business acumen and people leadership skills
  • Effective presentation and executive communication abilities
  • Export Compliance Requirement: U.S. export controls compliance required for this position,
  • Candidates must be U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual under Immigration and Naturalization Act.
