Electrical Engineer

• Lead the design, analysis, and development of electrical and electronic systems for defense and aerospace applications
• Develop system architectures including power distribution, signal integrity, controls, and instrumentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical, mechanical, and software components
• Drive the full product lifecycle—from requirements definition and concept development through testing, qualification, and production
• Perform circuit design, analysis, and validation for analog, digital, and mixed-signal systems
• Support system-level troubleshooting, risk reduction, and design optimization efforts
• Ensure compliance with technical, cost, schedule, and regulatory requirements
• Support proposal development and provide technical input for business development activities
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical rigor and continuous improvement
