• Acompanhar o ciclo completo dos projetos, desde a definição até à entrega.
• Recolher requisitos, analisar necessidades e traduzir tudo em especificações claras para as equipas técnicas.
• Criar e acompanhar planos de trabalho, prioridades, riscos e prazos.
• Apoiar a comunicação entre equipas, garantir alinhamento e desbloquear impedimentos.
• Preparar documentação, relatórios de progresso e materiais de suporte ao cliente interno/externo.
• Ajudar a melhorar processos de trabalho e práticas de gestão.
