About the role

  • CRM & Sales Operations administration and maintenance of our CRM system (HubSpot): user management, roles, fields, lists
  • Creation and maintenance of sales playbooks and documentation
  • Data cleansing and quality assurance (GDPR-compliant)
  • Maintenance of forecast stages, deal data, stakeholder mapping, close dates
  • Setting up and maintaining reports and dashboards (e.g., pipeline, win rates, stage movement)
  • Support with forecast checks & data analysis
  • Structuring and maintaining sales documentation and templates in SharePoint
  • Communication with the sales team on CRM topics and enablement measures
  • Support in the preparation of proposals
  • Collaboration with Legal, Finance and Compliance on contract processing
  • Coordination of internal alignments in the proposal process
  • Maintenance of customer data and preparation of sales materials
  • Preparation of meetings, follow-ups and tracking of tasks
  • Support at events and trade fairs

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or degree in business, sales or a comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in sales operations, inside sales or sales support desirable
  • Confident handling of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
  • Analytical understanding, data affinity & structured thinking
  • Proficient user of MS Office
  • Independent, reliable working style and hands-on mentality
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
