About the role
- CRM & Sales Operations administration and maintenance of our CRM system (HubSpot): user management, roles, fields, lists
- Creation and maintenance of sales playbooks and documentation
- Data cleansing and quality assurance (GDPR-compliant)
- Maintenance of forecast stages, deal data, stakeholder mapping, close dates
- Setting up and maintaining reports and dashboards (e.g., pipeline, win rates, stage movement)
- Support with forecast checks & data analysis
- Structuring and maintaining sales documentation and templates in SharePoint
- Communication with the sales team on CRM topics and enablement measures
- Support in the preparation of proposals
- Collaboration with Legal, Finance and Compliance on contract processing
- Coordination of internal alignments in the proposal process
- Maintenance of customer data and preparation of sales materials
- Preparation of meetings, follow-ups and tracking of tasks
- Support at events and trade fairs
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or degree in business, sales or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in sales operations, inside sales or sales support desirable
- Confident handling of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
- Analytical understanding, data affinity & structured thinking
- Proficient user of MS Office
- Independent, reliable working style and hands-on mentality
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
