About the role
- Develop and execute an acquisition strategy to gain new engaged consumers and to incentivize more purchase from existing consumers
- Develop and execute high-quality, high-scale traffic acquisition opportunities including Google Search (SEO & SEM) and On-platform Search Tools (Lazada Sponsored Search & Shopee Myads)
- Set up and optimize SEO performance as well as give recommendations to build client’s brand.com
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize digital campaigns to meet KPIs
- Budget management and maximizing ROI on marketing spend
- Stay ahead of the marketing trend and develop new initiatives, including A/B tests to identify the optimal solutions
- Develop and monitor metrics, and provide reporting to uncover insights and action plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from undergraduate institution
- Digital marketing experience is required
- At least 0-3 years of experience, preferably in ecommerce background
- Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Great communication skills (both speaking and writing) are a must
- Mastery of MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) is preferred, as well as an agility with web-based software applications and internally developed systems
