About the role
- Develop and maintain a technical vision and roadmap for the front-end (React/React Native) domain.
- Advise executive leadership on technical direction, risks, and solutions.
- Drive complex cross-team projects, ensuring interdepartmental collaboration runs smoothly.
- Continue to contribute substantially to code and technical solutions, creating high-quality, tested, and loosely coupled solutions efficiently.
- Mentor and train engineers up to and including the Senior level, coaching them on technical practices and agile mechanisms.
Requirements
- Typically 10+ years of professional software development experience with a proven track record of cross-team impact.
- Expert-level proficiency in React and React Native.
- Demonstrated experience advising executive teams and leading large-scale technical initiatives.
- Strong foundation in computer science and software engineering patterns and principles.
