About the role
- Assist the Workers Compensation team by drafting and processing termination and accommodation letters, managing new claim notifications, and maintaining accurate claim trackers.
- Coordinate timely responses to claim inquiries, validate missed work hours through documentation review, and support return-to-work efforts through follow-up communications.
- Provide necessary documentation to adjusters and run wage reports as requested.
- Support inbound and outbound calls with various stakeholders including team members, nurses, adjusters, attorneys, and business leaders.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (junior or senior standing preferred).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize and analyze financial information.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both written and verbal formats.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
