• English order processing: You will manage and track customer orders from acceptance to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Customer service: You will be the direct contact for our customers via email, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Returns & exchanges: You will process returns and exchanges, ensuring quick and hassle‑free resolutions.
• Review management: You will regularly monitor customer reviews, reach out when necessary to offer solutions, and publish targeted responses to actively improve the customer experience and strengthen trust in our brand.
• Reporting: You will maintain customer data and order statuses and assist in preparing reports on orders and customer interactions.
• Collaboration & coordination: You will work closely with other teams such as marketing and logistics to ensure a seamless and outstanding customer experience.
