Compulsory Internship – B2C E‑Commerce Operations, CRM, Office Operations

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- English order processing: You will manage and track customer orders from acceptance to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Customer service: You will be the direct contact for our customers via email, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Returns & exchanges: You will process returns and exchanges, ensuring quick and hassle‑free resolutions.
- Review management: You will regularly monitor customer reviews, reach out when necessary to offer solutions, and publish targeted responses to actively improve the customer experience and strengthen trust in our brand.
- Reporting: You will maintain customer data and order statuses and assist in preparing reports on orders and customer interactions.
- Collaboration & coordination: You will work closely with other teams such as marketing and logistics to ensure a seamless and outstanding customer experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are a student (m/f/x) enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Communications).
- You have an interest in sales, customer relationship management, and online marketing.
- You demonstrate initiative, are a team player, and possess strong communication skills.
- You speak fluent English; German is a plus.
- You have experience with common office tools (Word, Excel, etc.) and ideally with Google Workspace.
- Prior experience in e‑commerce is an advantage.
- You are motivated, proactive, and can structure your tasks independently and complete them according to guidance, taking responsibility for your results.
