About the role
- Identify, engage, and close new clients for recruiting services through outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
- Build and optimize our CRM to track leads, manage sales stages, and create scalable systems for consistent growth.
- Drive the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement, ensuring a smooth handoff to the recruiting team.
- Cultivate long-term relationships in target industries (healthcare, nonprofits, recovery, wellness, and beyond) to expand market presence.
- Deliver expected outcomes: learn services and build prospect list (7 days); book 3–5 discovery meetings and present proposals (14 days); close 1–2 client agreements and finalize CRM workflows (21 days).
- Own a functioning pipeline with accurate forecasts, next steps, and documentation to ensure scalability.
Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B sales or business development, ideally in staffing, recruiting, or professional services.
- Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience setting up or optimizing a CRM.
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive, comfortable operating independently with measurable goals.
- Denver-based preferred, but open to remote candidates.
- Part-time availability with flexibility to set your own schedule as long as outcomes are met.
- Nice to have: Background selling into healthcare, recovery, nonprofit, or wellness.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with CRMs.
- Nice to have: Strong professional network in Colorado or adjacent markets.
