Deliver expected outcomes: learn services and build prospect list (7 days); book 3–5 discovery meetings and present proposals (14 days); close 1–2 client agreements and finalize CRM workflows (21 days).
Own a functioning pipeline with accurate forecasts, next steps, and documentation to ensure scalability.
Requirements
3+ years in B2B sales or business development, ideally in staffing, recruiting, or professional services.
Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing ability.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Experience setting up or optimizing a CRM.
Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive, comfortable operating independently with measurable goals.
Denver-based preferred, but open to remote candidates.
Part-time availability with flexibility to set your own schedule as long as outcomes are met.
