About the role

  • You support transformation and change projects at banks and IT service providers
  • You develop target operating models, strategies and roadmaps together with our clients
  • You coordinate project and program activities, ensuring all strands are aligned
  • You facilitate workshops and support stakeholder management
  • You analyze processes and organizational structures and derive concrete measures
  • You ensure that business and IT collaborate effectively in transformation projects

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Business, (Business) Informatics/Computer Science or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in projects with a focus on transformation or change management (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, SAFe, ITIL are a plus)
  • Ideally, experience in the financial services or banking IT environment
  • Analytical, structured working style combined with strong communication skills
  • Very good German language skills (C1/C2) written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel to support client projects across Germany (approx. 40% travel)
