Business Analyst

• As a Business Analyst (m/f/d), you take on the product subject-matter perspective within an agile squad.
• You advise the Product Owner on the further development of products and services in the securities area.

• You perform manual and automated tests and document results precisely.

• You work closely with business analysts, developers and business units — on equal footing and with a solution-oriented approach.

Functional Software Tester – Banking Applications

• Analyse und Bewertung fachlicher Anforderungen im Kontokorrent.
• Prüfung von Kundenanforderungen unter Berücksichtigung regulatorischer Vorgaben.
• Erstellung von Fachkonzepten, User Stories und Spezifikationen.
• Abstimmungen zwischen Fachbereichen, Entwicklung, Testteams und Qualitätssicherung.

• Analyse und Bewertung von bankfachlichen Anforderungen an Bank-IT-Systeme
• Erstellung von entsprechenden Fachkonzepten und Spezifikationen
• Eigenverantwortliche Analyse und Abstimmung der fachlichen Anforderungen direkt mit dem Auftraggeber, den annehmenden Product Ownern und der Softwareentwicklung

• As a Business Analyst (m/f/d) you will assume subject-matter responsibility for products and processes in the investment advisory area within an agile squad.
• You will support the Product Owner in further developing solutions that take into account both regulatory requirements (e.g., MiFID II) and market trends.
• You will ensure that results are practical and of high quality – from idea through development to market launch.
• Analyze, evaluate and align business requirements in the investment advisory environment.
• Prepare functional specifications, requirement descriptions and user stories as the basis for technical implementation.
• Support the Product Owner with backlog maintenance, prioritization and refinement.
• Process modeling and derivation of functional and non-functional requirements (requirements engineering).
• Support the entire product lifecycle – from conception through testing and piloting to rollout and operational maintenance.
• Create and execute business test cases and support test automation in close cooperation with development and QA.
