Product Designer

• Lead user-centred design across the full product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery.
• Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing and data analysis to uncover customer insights.
• Transform research into user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define, validate and deliver new features and product improvements.
• Champion accessibility, usability and interaction design best practices.
• Facilitate workshops, design reviews and stakeholder discussions to build alignment and consensus.
• Communicate design decisions confidently, using research and data to support recommendations.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system and visual language.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to measure success and continuously improve the user experience.
• Balance speed and quality, making thoughtful design trade-offs to deliver value quickly within an Agile environment.
