About the role
- Support client as an experienced sales representative
- Drive sales in assigned territory by engaging with potential customers
- Conduct door-to-door/field sales and face-to-face customer engagement
- Work autonomously to meet targets with minimal supervision
- Represent CPM Ireland in regional markets and promote products/services
- Maintain high standards of customer interaction and trust through effective listening
Requirements
- Extensive verifiable sales experience, preferably in Field Sales
- Can-do, resilient, and competitive mindset
- Autonomous in approach to work and target delivery requiring minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluent English
- Professional with the ability to create trust through effective listening to verbal and non-verbal cues and responding appropriately to individual Customers
- Full Clean Drivers Licence
- Driving licence is essential for this role
