About the role
- Actively prospecting and engaging with potential customers to identify and close sales opportunities for on-demand service contracts and maintenance/repair services
- Handling incoming customer inquiries, providing product information, and addressing customer needs effectively
- Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and proactively offering solutions
- Managing own sales pipeline, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-up
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including customer care, engineering, and field service, to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven sales experience, including a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to find innovative solutions
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic
- Experience in insurance sales (bonus points)
