This position is focused on managing and expanding existing business relationships within the alternative fuels, waste, and recycling processing industries across the United States; with focus in the Southeast.
The role emphasizes account management and customer support.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of biomass processing operations, including material preparation and the application of specialized equipment like pelletizers, chippers, and grinders.
This role involves working with established, new, or potential clients to optimize their processes, ensuring equipment aligns with operational needs, and driving team performance to meet growth and customer satisfaction objectives.
Key responsibilities include maintaining and strengthening client relationships, providing application-specific solutions, attending domestic trade shows to represent the business, and collaborating with internal teams to align resources with customer requirements.
Additionally, the candidate will stay informed on industry trends to identify opportunities for expansion and innovation.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or territory management, with direct involvement in biomass processing or similar industries
Comprehensive knowledge of biomass, pulp & paper, or waste and recycling processing applications and related equipment
Proven experience managing customer projects, vendor relations, and driving team success
Excellent communication, organizational, and customer relationship management skills
