About the role
- Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) processes across the assigned region
- Driving a culture of caring and accountability among team members, clients/customers, and vendor partners
- Analyzing safety data and trends, contributing to evaluation of both leading and lagging indicators
- Participating in incident investigations and continuous improvement efforts
- Contributing to the standardization of environmental practices
- Assisting in tracking and closing corrective actions identified through inspections, audits, and reviews
- Collaborating with auction site teams to support the development and delivery of training programs
- Implementing incident response protocols including reporting, analysis, and communication of findings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
- 4 years’ experience in a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills that support collaboration
- Experience in gathering and documenting requirements
- Capable of supporting and conducting Risk Assessments
- Highly organized and able to manage tasks independently
- Skilled in root cause analysis and supporting corrective action development and tracking
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization; familiarity with databases, data structures, and query development is preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
