About the role
- Provides leadership and oversight to sales teams for Omni-Channel solutions
- Develop and sell solutions to OEMs and retailer partners
- Responsible for monetization strategy and client engagement
- Handle and respond to client issues and foster relationships
- Ensure team-wide understanding and focus on sales and revenue targets
- Manage complex deal structures, contracts, and terms of agreement
- Engage with C-Level leadership to promote new retail strategies
- Oversee analysis of performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Partner with cross-functional business leaders to develop tailored solutions
- Monitor clients, competition, and industry trends to inform strategy
- Develop Account Directors and Account Executives through leadership, mentorship, and education
- Deliver weekly status reports and keep pipeline documents updated
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 12 years’ experience in a related field
- A different combination of education and experience could also be acceptable
- 7+ years’ experience in a management or leadership role
- 7-9 years of executive sales experience with a successful track record
- Strong leadership and management skills
- 5-7 years of leadership experience within a large, matrixed organization
- Experience preparing for complex negotiations
- Demonstrated history of achievement in the sale of intangible software solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated expertise managing large, complex accounts
- Must understand Cross-Cox product sets and the interconnection within the automotive industry
- Skilled at using remote presentation software and account planning tools
- Must be highly skilled at cross-team collaboration
- Up to 30% overnight travel
