About the role
- Craft unique solutions that span multiple Cox Automotive solution sets
- Coordinate across product and operational groups to develop integrated solutions
- Define value creation for client and Cox Automotive via business case development
- Ensure product utilization and longevity through readiness and adoption strategies
- Lead programs to successful completion
- Define scope and align to key client outcomes / objectives
- Daily program management throughout the program lifecycle
- Coordinate program workstreams and manage dependencies
- Define and stand up program governance (controls)
- Define key success metrics and change management approach
- Define and track key performance indicators for benefit realization
- Managing “business continuity” during any change
- Potentially prepare affected business areas for transition to the new way of working and help implement new business processes (dependent on contracted work)
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and maintain strategic alignment across Cox Automotive
- Identify opportunities to deliver greater value to our clients, leveraging cross-Cox solutions to drive greater revenue potential for Cox Automotive
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 10 years experience in a related field
- The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 8 years experience; a Ph.D. and 5 years experience in a related field; or 14 years experience in a related field
- Proven experience leading and managing a team of direct reports
- Familiarity with AI tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Ability to work within diverse delivery frameworks (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, etc.) to achieve successful outcomes
- Experience navigating and collaborating within a matrixed organizational structure
- Strong professionalism and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
