About the role

  • Craft unique solutions that span multiple Cox Automotive solution sets
  • Coordinate across product and operational groups to develop integrated solutions
  • Define value creation for client and Cox Automotive via business case development
  • Ensure product utilization and longevity through readiness and adoption strategies
  • Lead programs to successful completion
  • Define scope and align to key client outcomes / objectives
  • Daily program management throughout the program lifecycle
  • Coordinate program workstreams and manage dependencies
  • Define and stand up program governance (controls)
  • Define key success metrics and change management approach
  • Define and track key performance indicators for benefit realization
  • Managing “business continuity” during any change
  • Potentially prepare affected business areas for transition to the new way of working and help implement new business processes (dependent on contracted work)
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and maintain strategic alignment across Cox Automotive
  • Identify opportunities to deliver greater value to our clients, leveraging cross-Cox solutions to drive greater revenue potential for Cox Automotive

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 10 years experience in a related field
  • The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 8 years experience; a Ph.D. and 5 years experience in a related field; or 14 years experience in a related field
  • Proven experience leading and managing a team of direct reports
  • Familiarity with AI tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Ability to work within diverse delivery frameworks (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, etc.) to achieve successful outcomes
  • Experience navigating and collaborating within a matrixed organizational structure
  • Strong professionalism and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
