About the role

  • RapidScale (part of Cox) provides secure, reliable managed cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, Google, Private Cloud and Cybersecurity
  • Lead end-to-end execution of GTM programs (tools/technology implementation, process automation, training/enablement, partner initiatives)
  • Translate business objectives into actionable program plans with milestones, deliverables, success metrics
  • Prioritize initiatives with GTM leadership based on impact, feasibility, and strategy alignment
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Delivery, Customer Success and resolve blockers
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation; monitor program health and identify risks/dependencies
  • Define and track KPIs; build dashboards and reporting frameworks for executive visibility
  • Serve as central point of contact for program updates, risks and escalations
  • Manage external vendors to ensure deliverables align with internal goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Business, Marketing) and 4 years’ related experience (alternatively: master’s +2 years; Ph.D. + up to 1 year; or 8 years’ experience)
  • Experience in GTM or Sales Operations environment
  • Experience managing cross-functional programs involving GTM frameworks, sales cycles, and partner ecosystems (Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Customer Success)
  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Monday.com, Power BI, and Salesforce
  • Preferred: 3+ years in GTM or Sales Operations
  • Preferred: Experience executing GTM programs (process automation, training/enablement, partner/alliance initiatives)
  • Preferred: Experience coordinating with external vendors to meet deliverables
