About the role

  • Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity, including color palettes, brand guidelines, and high-quality designs across all platforms.
  • Design high-end Reel covers, Carousel posts, and Story templates that align with the brand’s "elevated" look and feel.
  • Pivot quickly to handle design updates or creative changes with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
  • "Search-Optimize" the social media presence through keyword research and optimized captions for maximum reach and follower conversion.
  • Stay ahead of Instagram/TikTok trends and implement growth tactics to increase engagement and visibility.
  • Develop and refine hashtag strategies specific to our niche audience.
  • Monitor accounts daily to ensure the brand remains active and responsive.
  • Provide clear, weekly "End-of-Week" (EOW) reports detailing achievements, hours spent, and tangible results.
  • Maintain disciplined time-tracking and provide evidence of work completed for every hour billed.

Requirements

  • Graphic Design Excellence: Expert-level skill in Canva or Adobe Suite with a strong eye for modern, "clean" aesthetics.
  • Social Media Native: Deep understanding of Instagram/TikTok algorithms—specifically how SEO (keywords) works within social platforms.
  • Proactive Communication: Ability to manage a fluctuating workload and communicate clearly if a project requires more time.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle frequent design updates and feedback without losing momentum.
