About the role
- Take on varied projects typical of an early-stage startup
- Work closely with Product team to continuously improve product and develop new solutions
- Learn and build across the web and data stack, take ownership over core features
- Maintain thorough test coverage on your code
- Guide early technical architecture decisions for Coworker
- Be a thought leader working directly with the founders to set and ship vision
- Establish the Coworker engineering culture and set standards
- Collaborate across teams and contribute to long-term company culture
Requirements
- Bachelors and/or master’s degree, computer science preferred
- 5+ years professional experience in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excitement, ambition, and fun
- Experience in React, Nextjs, and TypeScript is nice to have
- Capable of learning and growing with the business and product
- Autonomous and able to take on big projects
- Ability to maintain thorough test coverage and produce high-quality code
- 2+ years of experience (mentioned earlier in job description)
