About the role
- Lead and develop a team of Renewal Account Executives to drive policy and premium retention.
- Own regional renewal strategy and prioritize the team’s book of business.
- Manage performance through clear goals, metrics, and accountability tied to retention outcomes.
- Set and maintain best practices for renewal execution.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative retention-focused culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of insurance experience in account management or business development, preferably with a carrier.
- 2+ years of experience leading teams in a Sales or Renewals environment.
- Proven ability to build, coach, and scale high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated success driving account and premium retention.
- Commercial insurance experience preferred; Cyber, Tech E&O, or Professional Lines a plus.
- Strong cyber acumen or the ability to ramp quickly.
