About the role

  • Primary point of contact for a wide range of concerns and issues related to the management of our residential properties
  • Monitoring and oversight of our property portfolio and promoting harmonious cohabitation among our tenants
  • Organizing and conducting tenant support, consultations and personal meetings to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for apartment handovers and move-out inspections, including careful documentation and communication with the tenants
  • Performing caretaker and maintenance duties to ensure smooth daily operations and to maintain the safety of our property portfolio

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a Real Estate Clerk (m/f/d) or a trades apprenticeship — alternatively an equivalent qualification
  • Solid knowledge of building technology and building systems
  • Practical hands-on experience in maintenance/trades work
  • Proficient in MS Office and ideally experience with SAP and IT systems
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in handling conflict situations
  • Strong solution orientation, team spirit and a high level of customer and service orientation when facing daily challenges
