About the role

  • Project work in TGA/HLS
  • Participation in or independent responsibility for the planning, tendering and implementation of refurbishment and maintenance projects in the TGA/HLS field (aligned with service phases LPH 1–9)
  • Technical project support for existing buildings including schedule, cost and and quality control (depending on experience level)
  • Construction and site supervision
  • Site and construction supervision during the execution phase
  • Coordination of external specialist companies, planners and subcontractors
  • Technical asset development: deriving technical measures from refurbishment and investment strategies
  • Coordination of maintenance and repair measures for building services (TGA)
  • Interface management: coordination with authorities, specialist planners and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Completed technical training, further qualification (e.g. technician / master craftsman) or degree in building services engineering, supply engineering, TGA, HLS or a comparable field
  • Initial practical experience (e.g. through projects, internships or entry-level positions)
  • Strong willingness to learn and interest in project work for existing building portfolios
  • Several years of experience in the planning, tendering or implementation of TGA/HLS projects (for experienced candidates)
  • Ideally, experience with existing assets or in technical property management (for experienced candidates)
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
  • Confident use of MS Office
  • Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
