About the role

  • You are the primary contact for our tenants and handle all matters related to our residential properties competently, service-oriented, and with a solution-focused approach.
  • You actively shape tenant support — from advising and personal consultations to sustainable solutions — and contribute significantly to a positive tenant experience and high satisfaction.
  • You are responsible for move-ins and move-outs, including thorough documentation, and ensure transparent, respectful communication with all parties involved.
  • You are technically inclined and perform operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including maintaining the traffic and operational safety of our properties.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training as a Real Estate Specialist/Real Estate Clerk (m/f/d) or a trade/technical apprenticeship
  • Practical experience in skilled trades
  • Confident use of MS Office; ideally you have experience with SAP
  • Strong communication skills combined with a confident approach to conflict situations
  • Pronounced solution orientation, team spirit, and a strong customer- and service-orientation
