About the role
- Participation in drafting and maintaining the group's corporate documentation (articles of association, minutes, reports, intercompany agreements, etc.)
- Monitoring and supporting M&A transactions
- Assisting in the drafting and review of transactional documents (NDAs, SPAs, shareholders' agreements, etc.)
- Legal research and drafting memoranda, primarily in corporate law, securities law, and governance
- Legal monitoring and regulatory watch
Requirements
- Holder of the CRFPA (bar exam qualification) or a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Business Law and/or Corporate Law
- Strong knowledge of corporate law
- Knowledge of securities law is a plus
- Excellent drafting skills and strong analytical and synthesis abilities
- Fluent English
- Detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to a variety of interlocutors
