About the role

  • Participation in drafting and maintaining the group's corporate documentation (articles of association, minutes, reports, intercompany agreements, etc.)
  • Monitoring and supporting M&A transactions
  • Assisting in the drafting and review of transactional documents (NDAs, SPAs, shareholders' agreements, etc.)
  • Legal research and drafting memoranda, primarily in corporate law, securities law, and governance
  • Legal monitoring and regulatory watch

Requirements

  • Holder of the CRFPA (bar exam qualification) or a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Business Law and/or Corporate Law
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law
  • Knowledge of securities law is a plus
  • Excellent drafting skills and strong analytical and synthesis abilities
  • Fluent English
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to a variety of interlocutors
