About the role

  • Central point of contact for a wide range of matters and challenges related to the management of our residential properties
  • Monitoring and oversight of our property portfolio, promoting a harmonious living environment for our tenants
  • Organizing and conducting tenant support, consultation, and face-to-face meetings to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for apartment handovers and check-outs, including thorough documentation and communication with tenants
  • Performing caretaking and maintenance duties to ensure smooth daily operations and to maintain the safety of our property portfolio

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training as a real estate clerk/property manager (Immobilienkaufmann) or a vocational trades qualification — alternatively an equivalent qualification
  • Solid knowledge of building technology
  • Practical experience in manual/trades work
  • Confident use of MS Office and, ideally, SAP and other IT systems
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle conflict situations professionally
  • Solution-oriented mindset, team spirit, and a strong customer- and service-oriented approach when facing daily challenges
