About the role
- Responsible for planning, managing and implementing tenant fit-outs and complex interior construction projects
- Overall control and coordination of construction sites and external facility management service providers
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets and defined quality standards across all project phases
- Comprehensive technical oversight of a single property with a clear focus on sustainable value development
- Professional handling, documentation and consistent follow-up of warranty claims and defects
- Central interface between tenants, external service providers and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Completed technical training or degree, ideally in construction and/or real estate
- Several years of professional experience in interior fit-out, construction or property management
- Solid knowledge of technical property management as well as tenant fit-outs and construction processes
- Experience managing external contractors and construction projects
- Strong understanding of asset management aspects
- Excellent communication skills, assertiveness and a structured, solution-oriented working style
- Motivation to focus on the long-term management of a flagship project
