About the role
- Technical supervision of our commercial portfolio properties and participation in the implementation and inspection of construction measures
- Primary on-site contact for all technical matters related to the property
- Recording, coordination and monitoring of maintenance and repair activities in our properties
- Quality, cost and schedule control
- Monitoring requirements and regulations for maintenance and various inspections, including managing necessary defect remediation
- Coordination with authorities, surveyors/experts and contracted service providers and overseeing their work
- Organization and conduct of technical inspections across the portfolio and ensuring proper documentation
- Annual budgeting and planning for CapEx and OpEx measures, including ongoing monitoring
- Fulfillment of client/project-owner duties and responsibilities
Requirements
- Completed technical training or degree, ideally in construction and/or real estate
- At least 3 years of professional experience in technical property management of commercial real estate
- Good understanding of real estate business processes and contexts
- Confident use of IT applications (SAP is an advantage)
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; English skills are a plus
- Structured, motivated and tidy working style with a strong customer- and service-orientation
- Negotiation skills and assertiveness
