💰 $82,400 - $103,000 per year

About the role

  • Solve the client's business and technology challenges by utilizing deep understanding of the NTC mortgage services product suite
  • Develop deep relationships within the client organization and build effective cross-functional teams across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Provide high quality 'trusted advisor' advice to customers
  • Manage programs/project performance from inception through deployment
  • Collaborate with clients and our go-to-market teams to provide thought leadership in devising state-of-the art solutions
  • Communicate and collaborate with senior leadership about client trends, business strategies and reporting
  • Direct, coach and mentor direct reports
  • Motivate with a positive approach and mentor department Leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business, or related studies required
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in title, mortgage, or financial industry preferred
  • At least 2 years’ experience managing a team
  • Experience in Mortgage workflow technology, processes, and procedures.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of contracts, contract amendments, and negotiation tactics.
  • Adept at conducting research on project-related issues and products.
  • Able to learn, adapt and shift priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Document generating and print fulfillment experience.
  • Previous experience in managing relationships with C-level executives.
  • Strong management and leadership skills.
  • Commitment and ability to cultivate a diverse and inclusive work environment.
