About the role
- Market activation and demand creation
- Build and manage opportunity funnels with OEM/Tier/Molder accounts
- Validate technical and commercial value propositions
- Identify new customers and grow existing customer share
- Plan and run campaigns, demos, pilots and sampling at customers
- Steer RFQ/RFP and sourcing phases end-to-end
- Create customer-specific sales assets
- Represent the EVP/BP segment at trade fairs and events
- Lead opportunity reviews and remove blockers
- Build relationships with decision makers at customers
- Monitor regional policies and standards relevant to EVP/BP
- Collaborate closely with KAM, Regional Sales, Technical Sales, and Marketing
Requirements
- Master or bachelor degree in Business, Engineering or Science.
- At least 10-year work experience in Material, Electrical or Automotive Industries, particularly in Sales, Marketing or Market Development functions.
- Solid experience in coordinating multiple tasks with limited time and resources in complex environments and under high pressure.
- Strong initiative and ability to prioritize workload effectively.
- Ability to travel frequently.
- Languages: Chinese and English are must.
